If you wish to delete all your personal data, including orders associated with your account, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Email Request: To initiate the deletion process, please send an email to info@maksab.sd with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request.”
2. Information to Include: In your email, kindly provide the following details to help us locate your information:
   • Your full name
   • Email address associated with your Maksab account
   • Phone number (if applicable)
   • Order ID(s) or details of the orders you wish to delete (optional, if you want order information removed)
   • A statement requesting the deletion of all your personal data and orders
3. Processing Time: Upon receiving your request, we will verify the provided information and process the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.

Important Notes

• Deleting your personal data and orders is a permanent action and cannot be undone. Once deleted, you will lose access to all associated services, orders, and accounts.
• Certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory reasons, in which case we will notify you accordingly.
